
Worked on the digital ecosystem powering both the guest experience and venue operations across immersive racing venues.
As one of two designers embedded in a 20-engineer product team, I owned several product areas end-to-end across consumer and operational platforms.
• Guest experience platform – Designed mobile and web journeys supporting the full experience, from booking and account management through to gameplay and post-session engagement.
• Operational tools – Designed bespoke internal software used by venue teams to manage high-volume guest sessions, improving clarity and efficiency during live operations and enabling the creation on new events, tournaments and game modes.
• Product ecosystem – Helped shape the broader digital platform connecting consumer apps, internal systems, and the physical venue experience. • Collaborated with product managers, engineers and c-suite across discovery, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Contributed to scaling the digital platform supporting multiple venues and high-volume guest sessions.
